Banquet

Banquet to be held at the Beijing Qianmen Quanjude Roast Duck Restaurant. Buses leave from the conference hotel for the restaurant at 17:30.

Meal includes:

• braised mushroom in jar
• deep fried duck roll with crisp skin
• sauteed prawn ball in Sichuan style
• sweet and sour duck with pineapple
• beef shreds in oyster sauce
• sauteed duck with mixed vegetable
