Conference Location

The ICSM 2008, SCAM 2008, and WSE 2008 events will be held at the Beijing Friendship Hotel, located in the culture, education, and technology district of Beijing. The hotel is near famous tourist sites such as the Summer Palace, is close to Peking, Tsinghua, and Beihang Universities, and is near the Zhonguancun software park. Uniquely Chinese in style, the Friendship hotel is one of the largest four-star garden hotels in Asia, with full business services and recreational facilities.

Hotel Reservation

The early hotel reservation deadline is September 15, 2008. Room availability is not guaranteed afterwards.

The special conference rates extend up to three days before and after the event days. Each room booked includes breakfast for one guest. Room rates do not include access to the recreational facilities.

Cancellation Policy

No room charge will be applied if your reservation is canceled at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date.
